Had An Issue?
If you've had an issue with one of our products, please let us know so we can make it right.
If the machine has failed to dispense the milk for any reason, your payments will be refunded automatically. It can appear as ‘pending’ on your account for up to 48 hours but will be cancelled.
We will always refund any failed transactions so in the unlikely event that you are charged (after waiting 48 hours to check your account) please email us, or fill in the form below with the date and time of the transaction so we can help.
